GRI

GAZ-SYSTEM's strategy is based on three pillars: core business, new business and ESG. The Company's vision is realised in four strategic areas.

Key objectives:

  • Providing the infrastructure for further diversification of supply routes for greater energy security,
  • Strengthening the resilience of infrastructure,
  • Maintaining safety of networks and process facilities,
  • Ensuring safety of workers, contractors, and local communities.

Key objectives:

  • Providing infrastructure for bridging fuel in Poland’s energy transition process,
  • Striving for integration of energy sectors,
  • Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in GAZ-SYSTEM’s operations,
  • Aiming at a substantial share of decarbonised gases in the transmission system.

Key objectives:

  • Creating gas infrastructure conditions conducive to the development of a gas hub in Poland to the extent established under the Poland’s Energy Policy,
  • Active participation in regulatory processes at national and European level,
  • Research and development of hydrogen transit systems.

Key objectives:

  • Cost optimisation of GAZ-SYSTEM operations,
  • Investment process improvement,
  • Advancement of processes and project management,
  • Implementation of a data-driven business model.
