  • GAZ-SYSTEM entrusted with a part of the TGPS assets of EuRoPol GAZ S.A. to perform the duties of transmission system operator on the Polish section of the Yamal – Western Europe Transit Gas Pipeline System.
  • Complete set of location decisions obtained for all onshore gas pipelines under the FSRU Program.
  • Certificate of compliance with the PN-EN ISO 3834 welding standard awarded.
  • Agreement on Security Cooperation signed with the Border Guard.
  • Agreement on long-term cooperation on infrastructure projects and the development of the natural gas and renewable gas market signed with the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.
  • Environmental decision issued for the Damasławek Underground Gas Storage construction program.
  • Permit issued for the construction of a portable compressor unit at  Kędzierzyn Gas Compressor Station.
  • Agreement ensuring continuous gas supply through Baltic Pipe and the development of biomethane and hydrogen projects signed with Danish TSO – Energinet.
  • Approval of the Company’s Strategy until 2033 with an outlook until 2040 by GAZ-SYSTEM Extraordinary General Meeting.
  • Visit of the US Ambassador to Poland Marek Brzezinski to the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.
  • Meeting with companies interested in commercial cooperation in the expansion and maintenance of natural gas transmission infrastructure as part of the GAZ-SYSTEM Supplier Day.
  • Agreement signed with SEA Global Ltd. Australia for supervision and technical and operational support on the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline.
  • Agreement signed with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (Polish Power Grid) on handling the newly constructed adjacent power transmission infrastructure crossings with gas pipelines.
  • Agreement signed with the City of Świnoujście on the provision of transport to major tourist attractions by GAZ-SYSTEM.
  • Decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approving the tariff for the transmission of gaseous fuels in 2024.
  • Commissioning of the Przywodzie-Dolna Odra gas connection pipeline at the PGE Gryfino 2050 power plant connection node.
  • Location decision obtained for the connection gas pipeline to the gas and steam unit in Rybnik.
  • Agreement signed with the Territorial Defence Forces Command on the protection of critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Administrative permits issued for the construction of all onshore gas pipelines (Kolnik – Gdańsk, Gardeja – Kolnik and Gustorzyn – Gardeja) under the FSRU Program.
  • Location decision obtained for the Lewin Brzeski – Nysa gas pipeline.
  • Positive opinion concerning the development project of the salt deposit – the ‘Damasławek’ salt dome issued by the District Mining Authority in Gdańsk.
  • FSRU Open Season procedure concluded with the signing of a contract for regasification services provided by the FSRU Terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk.
  • Environmental decision obtained for the Skoczów-Komorowice-Oświęcim gas pipeline – stage II from  Wilamowice LVS to pig launcher/receiver in Oświęcim.
  • Cooperation Agreement signed with the State Fire Service in the field of training, communication and emergency response and recovery.
  • Delivering cheques to 29 municipalities for the purchase of physics and chemistry laboratories equipment and sports equipment as part of the 4th edition of the GAZ-SYSTEM for Education program.
  • Letter of Intent signed with Azoty S.A. Group on cooperation in the development and implementation of hydrogen, biomethane, ammonia and carbon dioxide projects.
  • Selection of the GSA Platform by GASCADE Gastransport GmbH and GAZ-SYSTEM for capacity booking on the Poland-Germany interconnection at Mallnow IP following July 2025.
  • ‘Technical Conditions’ document signed with the Office of Technical Inspection, setting out the requirements for GAZ-SYSTEM in terms of design, construction, repair or modernisation and  operation of technical equipment subject to technical supervision.
  • Establishment of the GAZ-SYSTEM interdisciplinary scientific council.
  • Meeting for market participants as part of the GAZ-SYSTEM FORUM presenting the most important achievements in the gas year 2022/2023.
  • Internal Security Service established at the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.
  • Human Rights Policy adopted by GAZ-SYSTEM Management Board.
  • Environmental decision obtained for  Skoczów-Komorowice-Oświęcim gas pipeline – Stage V – from the existing Pogórze node to LVS Wapienica.
  • Location decision obtained for Wężerów-Przewóz gas pipeline.
  • Completion of construction and commissioning of  Gustorzyn-Wronów gas pipeline.
  • Cooperation Agreements signed with the Maritime Office in Gdynia and the Port of Gdańsk Authority on the construction of the FSRU Terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk.
  • ‘Technical Conditions for Operation of the Baltic Pipe Offshore Gas Pipeline’ signed with the Office of Technical Inspection.
  • Internal inspection of the Baltic Pipe offshore gas pipeline with the use of a magnetic flux leakage ‘MFL’ inspection tool to confirm the quality of workmanship.
  • Joining the CO2 capture and storage initiative set up by Górażdże Cement S.A.
  • GAZ-SYSTEM awarded the title of Solid Employer of the Year 2023.
  • New study program opened in cooperation with GAZ-SYSTEM at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków: ‘Hydrogen and biomethane – extraction, transport and utilisation’.
  • Hydrotest of the third tank for in-process gas storage at the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście.
  • GAZ-SYSTEM awarded the ‘Golden Charter of Safe Work Leader 2024-2025’ for its employee health and safety initiatives covering also all visitors to the Company’s premises.
  • Commissioning of a portable compressor unit at Gas Compressor Station in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
  • Letter of Intent signed with ORLEN S.A. on cooperation in carbon dioxide transport.
  • Workshop organised by GAZ-SYSTEM on ‘Biomethane in the National Transmission System’ initiating a discussion on the practical aspects of developing a biomethane market in Poland and the potential for transmission via the national transmission network.
  • Environmental decision obtained for Skoczów-Komorowice-Oświęcim gas pipeline – Stage III from Komorowice LVS to Wilamowice LVS.
  • The joint project ‘Nordic-Baltic Hydrogen Corridor’ of GAZ-SYSTEM and five transmission system operators entered in the European PCI list of projects of common interest in energy and climate policy.
  • Ministry of Climate and Environment approved the hydrogeological documentation concerning the Damasławek UGS Program.
  • GAZ-SYSTEM awarded the ‘OGMP Gold Standard’ for its activity in reporting methane emissions from transmission infrastructure.
  • Environmental Standard introduced in the methodology of Scope 1 and 2 emissions carbon footprint analysis.
  • Declaration establishing the ESG Policy adopted by GAZ-SYSTEM Management Board.
  • Commissioning of the connection gas pipeline to the new Czechnica CHP Plant.
