- reducing net Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions relative to the volume of gas transported: 55% by 2025 and 70% by 2030 (relative to 2022 emissions),
- increasing the share of electricity generated by in-house RES systems in GAZ-SYSTEM energy mix,
- implementation of solutions improving energy efficiency of the processes,
- improving the monitoring of environmental impacts of the Company processes,
- development and implementation of innovative technologies limiting negative impact on climate and the environment.
Environmental protection – introduction
Reducing environmental impact is a priority for GAZ-SYSTEM. In its investment activities, the Company strives to keep their impact on the environment to a minimum.

The Company implemented „Rules for the Environmental Management System”, which describe the principles of conduct and accountability in this area. The document sets out guidelines for, among others, planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the Environmental Management System.
