Employees – Introduction

Employees are key stakeholders for GAZ-SYSTEM, owing to whom the assumed operational objectives and, consequently, strategic tasks are successfully accomplished. The Company provides stable, attractive, and safe working conditions and strives to build lasting professional relationships with its employees. Aiming to attract and retain talents, the Company provides access to expert knowledge, training, and numerous employee benefits.

GAZ-SYSTEM has its branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań, Rembelszczyzna, Świerklany, Tarnów and Wrocław, and the majority of the Company’s employees reside in the areas surrounding these locations. This applies to both executive or specialist staff employed, as well as managers and directors.

GAZ-SYSTEM is not only an employer, but also a social partner. The Company guarantees freedom of association to all its employees. Currently, there are three trade union organisations which the Company’s Management Board meets regularly to consult on key projects concerning employees. All information regarding consultations, negotiations and arrangements with trade unions is published on the Company’s intranet.
